Medical Malpractice Study
Kevin Drum at Washington Monthly has a comment on a recent medical malpractice study that I think pretty well characterizes the relationship between medical malpractice suits and the need for tort reform. I'm with Drum. The real reform that needs to occur in this area is insurance rather than tort reform.Labels:
