Sweet Reminiscences of ERISA's Birth
Check out the BNA Pensions and Benefits Blog for Steve Sacher's very interesting recollections of the Conference Committee that met in the Summer of 1974 to hammer out the details of ERISA, the statute we have come to know and love. Or curse. Made me feel the same way as I do when reading first hand accounts of civil war battles (another love of mine) by grizzled veterans. Not that Steve is a grizzled veteran.
