Update on Samuel Juniper
Last year I blogged about the efforts to get Aetna to pay Samuel Juniper's venipuncture charges. I'm late in returning to the case but Mark Underwood, Mr. Juniper's attorney, informs me that the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld in summary fashion the trial court's decision.
